Shipping Policy

At Fitway USA, we aim to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Within the UAE

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE through our trusted delivery partners. Most UAE orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available for orders above AED 200 within the UAE.

For orders below AED 200, a standard delivery charge will apply. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Fitway USA will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

International and Bulk Orders

International shipping is not currently available through our standard website checkout. However, we may assist with selected bulk, wholesale, and export orders.
